Cancellation Policy

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are required to secure your appointment date and time and are applied toward your total service balance. By submitting a deposit, you acknowledge and agree that: • Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances • Deposits are NON-TRANSFERABLE to another client • Deposits secure your time slot and compensate for time reserved and potential loss of business For the remaining balance, payments accepted are: Cash Zelle Apple Pay Cash App (There is a $3 fee for cash app payment) Debit/Credit Cards (There is a $5 fee for card payments under $200 and a 3.5% fee for payments over $205) Cancellation: Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will require a new deposit to rebook. Rescheduling: One courtesy reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability.
