Cancellation Policy
Deposit Policy for Appointments: Please note that deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to reschedule your appointment. To reschedule, please log in to your profile and choose a new date and time at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to reschedule within 72 hours of your original appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Cancelations are an automatic forfeiture of your deposit. For the remaining balance, payments accepted are: Cash Zelle Apple Pay Cash App (There is a $3 fee for cash app payment) Debit/Credit Cards (There is a $5 fee for card payments under $200 and a 3.5% fee for payments over $205)
